HEXRGB Pro provides browser-based color conversion, palette generation, WCAG contrast checks, image color extraction, and CSS export tools for design and development workflows.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use HEXRGB Pro for lawful personal, educational, commercial, and professional design work. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, misuse advertising systems, reverse engineer hosted assets for abusive purposes, or use the service in ways that violate applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The HEXRGB Pro brand, interface design, written content, and site materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own color palettes, design inputs, uploaded images, and project materials.

5. Accuracy Disclaimers

Color conversions are provided for practical web design and development use. Numerical conversions may differ from professional color-management systems, device calibration profiles, ICC workflows, printer drivers, ink limits, paper stocks, and production proofing environments.

CMYK values are approximate and should not be treated as final print specifications. Always confirm production colors with a print provider, calibrated monitor, physical proof, or brand-approved color system.

6. Accessibility Disclaimer

WCAG contrast calculations are provided to help evaluate foreground/background combinations. Passing a contrast threshold does not guarantee that an entire interface is accessible. Review focus behavior, motion, labels, reading order, and assistive technology support.

7. No Warranty

HEXRGB Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect color accuracy on every device, or suitability for a specific production requirement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEXRGB Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or production-related losses arising from use of the website or reliance on generated color values.
